What grip sizes are available?
Our standard grips are generally available in sizes XXS, XS, S, M and L – each for right- and left-handed shooters.
Please note that not every grip model is available in all sizes. The sizes available in each case are shown in the online shop.
How do I find the right size?
The right grip size depends primarily on the width of your palm. The decisive factor is Measurement A, measured at the widest point of the palm. Based on this measurement you can use the following size guide:

| Size | Handtellerbreite (Measurement A) |
|---|---|
| XXS | ca. 62–70 mm |
| XS | ca. 70–77 mm |
| S | ca. 77–83 mm |
| M | ca. 83–90 mm |
| L | ca. 90–96 mm |
The values given serve as a guide. Depending on hand shape, grip feel and personal preference, the individually suitable size may differ.
If you are between two sizes or unsure, we generally recommend choosing the larger size. Gaps are easier to fill than to create additional space afterwards on a grip that is too small.
If you would like a more precise assessment, you can also provide us with measurements of your hand. For this we offer an optional PDF form for hand measurement: CB3D Handvermessung herunterladen (PDF, 128 KB). You can send us the completed form together with your enquiry by email to info@3d-griff.com zukommen lassen.
Can standard grips be adapted?
Standard grips can be individually adapted on request. The scope and feasibility of the adaptations depend on the respective grip model and the desired changes.
Examples of adaptations we have already carried out for our customers include, among others:
- Tilting or rotating the pistol mount sideways in the grip
- Adjusting the contour on the top of the heel rest
- Lengthening or shortening the grip
- Moving the pistol mount further back
- Adding a custom lettering
- Producing special layer patterns
The adaptations are charged individually according to the effort involved. A flat-rate price is therefore not possible. We are happy to prepare a non-binding quote on request – the enquiry can be made via our contact page erfolgen.
Order status – what do they mean?
Where can I see the current status of my order?
You can check the current status at any time without logging in on our page Bestellstatus – you will find the personal link in every email from us.
In your customer account under My account you see a status for each order. It shows you where your order currently stands in our production. The sequence is usually:
What do the individual statuses mean?
- Payment pending – Your order has reached us, but payment is not yet complete, for example because a payment was cancelled. We will send you the „Pay now“ link by email, so you can go straight to the payment page even without a customer account. If you have an account, you will also find it under My account. Just let us know if you do not have a link to hand.
- Awaiting payment – You have chosen a valid payment method, but the money has not yet reached us. For prepayment we wait for your bank transfer; the bank details are in our email. For SEPA direct debit we collect the amount automatically from your account, you do not need to do anything else, and clearing takes a few banking days. As soon as the money reaches us, we check your order and prepare the start of production.
- In progress – Your payment has arrived, we are preparing your order.
- Order checked – We have checked your order and added it to our order book. All details are complete – your order is waiting for production to start.
- Awaiting customer info – We still need information from you for your order. Please check our last message or email and reply to us briefly – then things continue right away.
- Im Druck – Your grip is being printed. Post-processing and quality control follow.
- Prototype with customer – Your prototype is on its way to you. Take your time testing – your feedback feeds directly into the final version.
- Ready to ship – Quality control passed: your grip is finished and goes out with the next shipment.
- Completed – Your order has been shipped and completed. It then no longer appears under „Orders in progress“.
Not every order goes through all steps – a standard grip with no queries jumps straight from printing to shipping, for example. Ongoing rental contracts have their own statuses and can be found in your customer account under rental contracts.
